In the event of a non-warranty repair, consumers will receive an estimate prior to any work being done. It is our option to repair or replace the products. Consumers will have 20 days to respond, either accepting or declining the recommendation. If consumers accept the recommendation for repair or replacement consumers will need to provide payment.
